Ketoconazole Cream is an anti-fungal medicine used to treat fungal infections such as athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm infections, and seborrhea, etc. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 18 years of age.

Tinea PedisThis medicine is used in the treatment of tinea pedis (also known as athlete's foot), which is a contagious fungal infection that affects the skin on the feet.
Tinea VersicolorThis medicine is used in the treatment of tinea versicolor, a common fungal infection which is characterized by small discolored patches on the skin.
Seborrheic DermatitisThis medicine is used in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis, which is a skin condition that affects the scalp; characterized by red scaly patches and dandruff.

When Not To Use
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to ketoconazole, or any other inactive ingredients present in the formulation.
Apply the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not apply a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
An overdose of this medicine is not likely to cause severe symptoms unless it is applied for a prolonged period of time in large volumes. However, ingestion of this medicine may cause harm and immediate medical intervention may be required.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 18 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established. However, your doctor may prescribe this medicine if the benefits significantly outweigh the risks. In such a case, the patient should be monitored closely for any adverse effects.
